Thank you for visiting The Hawaii Centers for Independent Living (HCIL) website. HCIL is a non-profit organization which helps
people with disabilities have equal access, opportunities and
choices in life. To accomplish this, HCIL actively seeks system change and promotes self-advocacy.
The majority of HCIL Board of Directors and staff are people
with disabilities.
